Ethics Authors reporting studies involving humans or animals should confirm that required approvals were obtained from relevant ethics committees and that the work follows applicable ethical standards. Acknowledgements and Support Acknowledgements should identify contributions that do not justify authorship, technical help, financial support and material support. Conflict of Interest Authors should disclose any conflict of interest. If there is no conflict, this should be stated in the manuscript.
