Submission Preparation Checklist The submission has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere. The submission file should be in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document format. For the current platform workflow, Microsoft Word .docx is preferred. URLs for references should be provided where available. The text should be single-spaced or prepared according to the manuscript template, use a 12-point font, and place illustrations, figures and tables at appropriate points in the text. The manuscript should follow the journal style and bibliographic requirements. For peer-reviewed sections, blind review instructions should be followed where applicable.
